camp

Photobucket

The morning after Danny's birthday party. I actually love this picture so bad, probably because every detail has some form of explanation, and there are so many memories attached to this night. Mine and Rogan's tent, that we borrowed from Matthew, undoubtedly collapsed before anyone even got inside, so we were left to sleep literally under the stars, which was the weirdest feeling ever. And because we were so close to Manchester Airport, i couldn't get used to the noise, and just the general idea of it all. This was also before we managed to open the tin of rice pudding, which is what i'm holding. We ended up using the football trophy on the left to open it.
Adele's pissy tights in the middle, and Helen's stripy baby hat that she found at the bus stop, are just two of the best memories. It's strange how much one picture can bring back so many details even though the picture has long been forgotten. Probably one of my all time favourites.

one of my all time favourites. rogan took this, so all credit to him, but everytime i look at it, it makes me think of how lucky i actually am, and i stop being so petty. okay, momentarily, but it's still a nice feeling. maybe Blackpool can be beautiful, if only you take the time to look properly.

trainn

We seem to spend countless time on trains. It doesn't bother me at all, and i like the feeling of having somewhere to go enough, that you plan your route via the train.

These were on the way back from the Shred Yr Face Tour in Manchester, where we saw Los Campesinos!, No Age and Times New Viking. Africa came with me because she knew i wasn't okay, even though i promised her i was. She probably knows me better than i do.

Photobucket aha The Cribs at Coventry Kasbah. this was the day of my last ever GCSE, and i'd literally ran from my French writing exam, straight into the car and we drove straight to Cov. okay so i look overly happy, but i full on was. Ryan Jarman makes me feel all funny.
