this is tough. love.

why does nobody listen to Clor? wahhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

http://www.myspace.com/teamclor

they're pretty hard to describe, but fantastic.

okokok go.

my mum woke me up so early today, which wasn't so cool. but the lady at Oxfam was really nice, which was pretty cool. i'm going back on Wednesday for 'health and safety', whatever that entails. how exciting!

these photos are from today when we drove past the ferry port, and decided to get out of the car and explore because the tide was so high. who said Fleetwood was rubbish?
wait that was probably me.

my nan is soso great, and she's almost completely better! so we went and spent pretty much most of the afternoon with her, and we all flew up and down the stairs on her new stairlift. she was soso happy to see us, which was great, and she comes out with the best things ever <3

'it's always a pleasure to see you; no matter what colour your hair is'

i love her so bad.

godd i have so much to write today.
rogan convinced me into getting a tumblr account, and it's actually pretty good.
it's taken some getting used to, but i think i can manage it for 365 days. i just dont know if im going to be able to remember to take a picture every day. tryyy.
hereherehere

and i'm pretty disappointed, because my mum, dad and sister are all going to a fancy dress party tonight, and they all have full on costumes. which is great, but i didn't even get the offer of one. we went to the market today after breakfast to get the final bits for my dad's surgeon outfit, and the man had some lion costumes. i asked my mum sososo nicely, but it wasn't even happening. not. cool. i guess i'm staying in tonight then. but it's okay because tonight is Earth Hour! at lastt!! i've got the candles ready for half 8, i just can't wait to see everyone pulling together.

expressionss

pretty facial here i'd sayy.

So we went to Lancaster university for the day. It was supposed to help enlighten us on which universities would be suitable for 2010, but honestly, it was the most manic day ever.
It wasn't a complete waste of time though, i managed to get the prospectus' from all of the unis that i'm interested in; even though i'm pretty sure i've already lost my heart to MMU.

And alas, i was late to college; again. Kirsty didn't seem to mind too much, but she'd devised another new seating plan, so i ended up walking into the room and just staring blankly at everyone sat down, and they all pretty much just stared back. In silence. It was okay though, because everyone in my politics class is pretty safe, and we eventually gathered that the only empty seat was for me, so it's all good.

Oxfam interview tomorrow! I'm looking forward to it so much, I just hope i give a good first impression!

influence

'They should be learning how to keep fit, not how to Twitter'

I think i've either been won over, or heavily influenced by Cameron Direct. Although i dislike him quite a bit, he's a pretty funny guy, and actually speaks some truth.
This really nice lady rememberdd my name, and chased after me so she could complete my interview with what i thought now i'd heard David speak. My mum was sooo unhelpful, and stood behind the camera laughing at me. How embarassing. Let's hope it all turns out okay, and I don't end up looking like a harsh Tory penis. Chriiist.

And the meeting with Dev from India was soso good! He was the sweetest man i've spoken to in a long time, and he radiated something that I couldn't quite put my finger on. I'm hoping to be able to find the funds, £££, it'd be the experience of a lifetime.

118 11no -_-

oh. my. god. <3

ohh. myy. goddd. :|

whyy

am i not in English? chrissttt i'm so unreliable.

BUT it's a good job i'm not because i've just received the confirmation phonecall regarding our tickets to see David Cameron tomorrow! he has a lot to prove, so he better have something good to say. but regardless, i'm pretty much looking forward to it, and my mum's adament that she's going to question him about University fees, but i doubt she will. the lady on the phone was really nice, and told me that the event is being filmed for the Conservative political broadcasts. oh no i'm going to go dressed in as much red as possible.

and on a completely unrelated topic, i've gained a new love for 9999.99999fm or whatever it is, MAGIC.FM. it's the happiest radio station i've ever listened to, and was my greatest find yet. i KNEW i should have been born in 68.

for once this isn't what life LOOKS like, more like what it soundssss liiikkee.

convincing

I remembered about the Blackpool Zoo job application forms during my English lesson, and worried that they'd all be gone before i got a chance to go to Student Services. So i covered myself with a trip to the toilet and slyly swiped one. I'm so excited! The thought of a job on the horizon at last is the best thing ever!
Also, the lady at Oxfam phoned me today at lunch and told me that she wants to bend the rules and give me a job anyway, you look 18 to me! I like her she seems really nice, but knowing me i'll probably have decided she's a witch by next weekend. So yes yes things are looking up!

remember

my room is just too messy to function. and im not even joking. i would take a photograph but ive lost my camera in the blast.
no i will add to this with photographs tomorrow. so it's been tomorrow now and i've added photos. whaayyy.
the past 3 days have been niicee. i saw sam for the first time in forever last night. she came round and chilled with me and africa, and it was just so nice. nostalgiaaa. so then we went to the chinese, and walked sam to the bus stop. shes so great, and im actually so proud of her for being motivated and joining the army. ahh :)

me and africa watched This Is England, and were pretty much disappointed. but it was all worth it, just for africas comeback of STOP IT I FEEL LIKE MILKY.
so i stopped hitting her and we spent the whole night with; would you rather.
i dont think ive laughed so much in ever.

i eventually got a typewriter, and im impressed. it reminds me of sitting in my sisters room, which is now my room ironically, eating toffee pennies and watching her play crash bandicoot on ps1.
i also got an i-zone camera, but it seems that the film is like gold dust, so not such a cool investment.

we also bought my dad a birthday cake. i think he liked it, he came over and gave me a hug. it was pretty strange because it's never usually like that.
we ended up driving to Knowsley, on some waste of time call out that ended up in a trip to Asda to buy KitKats and Chipsticks. life is good, i hope it stays this way.

Duracell

this is neww.

lassstt. makeeee. thinggss. laasssttttttttttt.
i didn't make things last, i took them majorly for granted, and things are soso different all of a sudden. at the moment, i'm playing it safe; i don't think i could handle this flashing before my eyes. seeing it once is hard enough.

on the other hand, matthew is keeping me happyyy, and Giles says i'm exceeding expectations at college. i finished all of my English coursework, only commentaries to go, and Shirley actually smiled at me for the first time.
the world is just waiting noww....

VolksVolksVolks

Today me and my mum went to some VW chilll at Southport, right next to the beach. It was pretty good, and it's great to see people's faces when you're driving and they're like :O It makes my mum laugh so bad and it's so good. We took some speakers because the stereo isn't even wired in yet, despite us having had the beetle for about 2 years now x) But it was okay because we listened to Vampire Weekend and The Smiths through my ipod, and it was just happy times.
Ours is quite clearly the orange one ;) but i have no idea who that man is.

Ohohoh, Paul drove there in his campervan, and he showed me the sun roof. I was pretty impressed as you can probably see 8)

Disappointed on dancefloors

@ Hollie's party. I met Ashleigh at the bus stop, and then we walked to Hollie's. It was the grimmest walk ever, and some sick people shouted things at us from a window. Not nice.

And then we all got kicked out from Hollie's house,

took souveneir pictures outside;

and then walked to Luke's and watched Famz Guy and Skins.

Sickkk.

your heart is like

a hand me down

so i made pancakes, and i made them pink. i hate finishing college early on Fridays, because it's at that time when it's too late to do something, but there's still a big chunk of times to fill. My mum was being pretty negative so she didnt want to help with the pancakes; but Hockey and Lily Allen made it more interesting.

on a scale of 1 to nom, they were a 4. practice makes perfect, so i've heard.

WWF’s Earth Hour - 28 March 2009 at 8.30pm

" It’s as simple as the flick of a switch
On Saturday 28 March 2009 at 8.30pm, people, businesses and iconic buildings around the world will switch off their lights for an hour – WWF’s Earth Hour. "

okay lets just turn off some lights and hope were making a difference, regardless of whether we actually are or not. its nice to know that some people feel so strongly about things, that they go out of their way to make a stand. m-o-t-i-v-a-t-i-o-n.

i'll defintatley be turning off all the lights, sorry mp.
